totally awesome family vacation!

The staff are super friendly! the entertainment team, especially elena, agustino and jana, worked really hard offering fun activities around the main pool during the day. i appreciated luis and elena's mini disco for the little ones. It was a highlight. they created the BEST experience!

the coffee from the machine in my room was honestly the only decent coffee i had .

The junior suite provided ample space and included everything i needed for a comfortable stay, i loved the daily towel changes. cleanliness was a priority. I appreciated the attention to detail. the bathroom was clean, perfect!

The location offers easy access to the beach, i found it only minutes away. the walk along the beach to town was so lovely. hypo dino supermarket is conveniently next door. This made getting essentials simple. a stones throw away from the beach is amazing!

The hotel maintains a towel service. This allowed me to borrow towels for sunbeds by the pools. room cleaning happened daily to a high standard. I want to thank our cleaner jhennifer. communal toilets were kept clean at regular intervals, amazing!

The food offered a fantastic range of choices, i found the tastes very nice. there was a huge selection every day. I was more than happy. breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all top quality. The food was AMAZING!!!

rainfall shower efficient service spacious room

The room was a Junior Suite. It included a rainfall shower. The housekeeping service cleaned daily, which I found very efficient. I also appreciated the spaciousness of the room. It allowed us to relax comfortably.

The beach was a bit of a walk from the hotel.

sunbed shortage rude staff

The sunbeds were a JOKE!!! There were not enough for everyone and staff removed them even when I went to get a drink. The spot bar staff were rude. They served certain people at 11 PM when they close, but not my child. The kids' buffet food was the same most days. The restaurant was not very clean.

Solid Stay with Excellent Food Choices

I found the hotel to be quite nice overall. The food selection was diverse with different themes each evening. I appreciated the sustainability efforts like the token system for cups. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and the town. I really liked the spacious room and functional amenities.

The gym could use some upgrading, as it felt a bit outdated, a minor disappointment. I managed well enough though.

The buffet offered many options, including themed nights, with plenty of variety. I saw pasta stations and fresh salads. The desserts were plentiful, and the pizza looked nice. The food quality met my expectations. I found several items I liked.

There are multiple pools, and I noticed activities like volleyball. The grounds are well-kept with plenty of greenery and the pool area had enough loungers. Access to the beach and town is convenient. I liked the atmosphere around the pools.

My room had a large bed and a balcony, and I appreciated the fridge. There was a kettle in the room. The room was quiet, nice. I noticed a good sized wardrobe which was useful for my belongings.
